Other things to note * Guest will receive a Rental Agreement to review and sign prior to their reservation arrival date. • Suite Connect handles all refundable security deposits. Security deposits range from $350 to $1500 depending on the length of stay. • A $350 security deposit is required for reservations 60 days or less. The security deposits are collected as a credit card hold, online payment or cash platform payment. LUGGAGE HOLDS • We are unable to hold luggage before check-in or after check-out, so please plan accordingly.
