This property is fully self-contained with open-plan style lounge diner. The French doors allow the light to flow in and also enable you to have wonderful views of the valley and mountains. There is an enclosed wood burning fire - for winter rentals logs are supplied. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: a double bedroom with ensuite and a spacious twin bedroom and double bedroom plus bathroom. On the terrace there are table and chairs also on the lawn overlooking the pool and next to the stone built BBQ. The pool has a decking area with loungers and parasols, all areas give great views to enjoy and relax. If further accommodaton is required by families then we can supply a further 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, please contact owner. Floc ferme is an old stone farmhouse and barn which has been restored. The gite has retained features from when it was the original barn with lovely beams in the bedrooms and a stone featured fireplace in the lounge. The thickness of the walls means it stays nice and cool during the hot summer months. There is a spacious garden to sit and enjoy the ever-changing scenery. With a stone built BBQ covered in vines - cook, have a glass of wine and enjoy the uninterrupted views across the valley and towards the Pyrenees. There is plenty of garden space for children to play and enjoy their days.
