Relaxing House with garden

A peaceful, warm and accommodating house, suitable for every guest, surrounded by lemon trees, orange trees and lawn. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 400 meters from the beach (5min walking) where you can find a wide variety of local restaurants, cafés, the picturesque port of Nea Makri and the coastal sidewalk leading to the complex of the Egyptian Gods sanctuary, beach bars. Nea Makri Square is just 200 meters in which is the shopping area. The space The house consists of: - A master bedroom with queen size bed - A living space with a 2-seat sofa and a bed to be used as single or double. (Baby cot is available upon request) - A fully equipped bathroom (towels, shower gel, shampoos, body cream, slippers, toilet paper, hair dryer) with shower and also a washing machine. - A fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, oven, fridge, espresso machine, french coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, tableware and glassware. Every room is equipped with independent a/c, TV and wifi. Additional linen, towels, slippers and bath amenities are also available for all guests. All doors and windows have screens to protect from minor insects. The garden-terrace offers a table with chairs, sunbeds with umbrella and use of BBQ upon request. Guest access You can use the yard and the lawn. There are chairs and tables for the yard and the covered terrace as well as sunbeds.
