In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, in Vandières, this self-catering gite accommodates 6 to 8 guests. It includes 3 bedrooms, a reading area that can be converted into a 4th bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large lounge-diner with a fireplace. You will also enjoy a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, 2 toilets, Wi-Fi, parking and a large terrace with a view of the vineyards. Our winery is a 30-second walk away; tastings and tours can be arranged. The space Au fil des 4 saisons is an independent and fully equipped vacation rental that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Upstairs, the Printemps staircase leads to three bedrooms with personalized decorations: Été, Automne, and Hiver. They can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds, upon request before check-in. On the ground floor, the reading area can become a fourth sleeping area thanks to its sofa bed for two people. The gîte also includes a large living-dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage, and two toilets, one on each level. The upstairs bathroom features a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, traditional oven, dishwasher, and the necessary accessories for preparing meals. Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace with views of the vineyards and a parking lot for easy parking. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guest access Guests have the cottage to themselves, including the living-dining room, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom, the two toilets, the terrace and the parking. The rooms and beds available are prepared according to the number of guests declared at the time of booking and the configuration agreed upon before check-in. Unnecessary rooms can remain closed. Please let us know in advance how you would like the beds to be arranged between double beds, single beds, and a sofa bed. Depending on how your arrival is organized, the keys can be handed over in person or placed in a secure box. Other things to note The vacation rental is located in Vandières, in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, about 20 minutes from Épernay and 30 minutes from Reims, depending on traffic. Our family winery is just a short walk from the accommodation. Upon reservation and subject to availability, we can organize Champagne tastings, tasting meals in the cellar, and walks in the vineyards to discover the profession of winemaker and the different stages of Champagne production. These activities are offered separately from the stay; their terms must be confirmed before your arrival. A grocery store and a gas station are about 2 km away, at the Prieuré de Binson roundabout. There is also a bakery in Port-à-Binson and an ATM in Dormans.
