Our 10-person apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of 4 bedrooms (each with a double bed and 2 pull-out sofa beds), a kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom with toilet plus an extra toilet. Thus, this apartment is ideal for larger groups or families. For the cooler nights, it is possible to set the rooms comfortably to the desired temperature with modern hybrid infrared heaters. The space Our villa was built in the 19th century and has since been repeatedly expanded & renovated and completely revised in recent years to meet today's standard.  The front and staircase offers a cozy sitting area on the ground floor and a gallery on the upper floor. Here you can retreat and devour books undisturbed.  The garden invites you to linger either with a glass of wine or cozy barbecue. Here you are simply undisturbed while reading a book, soaking up the sun, snacking on raspberries or just enjoying nature.  The bus stop is located directly in front of the property and, if necessary, the outbuilding offers sufficient space for motorcycles and bicycles. Plenty of parking is available next to or directly on the property. To recharge your e-bikes for the next tour, sockets are available. You don't have to worry about food here. Just a few steps away is the well-known and recommended Gasthof Hammerschmiede. In addition to the lunch and dinner kitchen, you can also enjoy breakfast here.   A grocery store in our city provides the essentials, such as fresh pastries, drinks, etc. Another catering option is the inn at the Thaya Bridge, which has a special charm due to its location directly by the river.  And for the hot summer days there is the so-called forest bath right around the corner. With beach volleyball, table tennis, etc., you won't get bored here. Definitely a hotspot for young and old. Another highlight and nature experience for the kids is an adventure playground at the National Park House. It completes the leisure activities for families.
