Old East Rome, convenient to everything Rome. Older neighborhood with mature trees and lots of charm. Guest house is approximately 600 square feet, has a spacious bathroom, closet and living/sleeping space. Door has ability to be locked, and is a secure, fenced back yard of main house. Guests can enter privately from a gated entrance to backyard. We love to visit, but will also give guests their privacy--and expect to have ours when needed. We can put dogs away for periods of time if needed. Old East Rome is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Rome. Old homes, mature trees, quiet Southern Charm. While a car will come in handy, using LYFT or UBER is easy. Once in downtown (1.5 miles away) walking is the best way to get around Broad Street and the River Front areas. We have two German Shorthair Pointers that freely roam our yard and are very friendly. Introductions included upon arrival.
