The space Private room (up to 3 guests) with lots of natural light from three large original single pane sash windows, two closets, heat (hot water radiators), in-window air-conditioning unit, vintage art-deco chest of drawers, vintage Danish pine nightstand, craftsman style desk with 2 matching cabinets, desk chair, vintage silverplate tray/table. In-room kitchenette: 4.5 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, wood cutting board, disposable cups, plates and utensils provided, ceramic plates & bowls, iron & ironing board, clothes drying rack. Allergy control (dust mite protection) covers on full-size mattress, boxspring, pillows, and down comforter. Twin-size Aero bed available for extra guest(s). Private marble bathroom with tub/shower and pedestal sink. Hair dryer, towels, shampoo & conditioner, and body wash provided. Additional charge for Washer/Dryer $7/$7. Weekly cleaning of room and bathroom at no extra charge; just one-time $60 cleaning charge per booking or monthly. New AirFree brand air purifier in room. Guest access Guests have access to front entry and stairs, private room, private bath upstairs, deck and grill. Free parking in large gravel parking area or optional additional charge for $5/day for Garage parking with remote opener (limit one car). Additional charge for large Washer/Dryer $7/$7 per load. During your stay I am not available if I am with a client - 2-4 hours per day between 10 am & 8 pm. I'll inform guests each day of quiet times or no access to deck if I have a client on porch. Okay to be on deck if I'm with a client in back room. Other things to note If you love hearing the birds, you'll love your stay. Open bedroom windows for great cross breeze. Great sunsets!
