Vacation room in the historic Ponitz Mill

Dear guests, welcome to our home! Our house is located in the most beautiful square in a very beautiful place. We offer two accommodations and also live and work here. Right by our house is the Renaissance castle Ponitz with a park, the church with a famous organ and the village pond. We are easily accessible via the A4 or by S-Bahn. Everything you would need to buy, such as groceries or gasoline, is available in Meerane, so just around the corner. We also have a parking space. The space The room is located on the 1st floor of the historic mill building in Ponitz am Teich as well as at the Renaissance castle Ponitz. The room has a double bed (matrimonial) and a bathroom. (Note: The bathroom is in the room, see below.) Guests can prepare breakfast, but they can't cook. The room is only suitable for short stays or a weekend. If you want to stay longer than 3 nights, we ask you to book our apartment in the same house. Parking is available. The room has Wi-Fi, but no TV. There is a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, etc., but no stove for cooking. We ask families with children to book the apartment. This is more suitable for children. We can also provide a crib there if necessary. The room is large (about 25 square meters incl. bathroom) and also very well located due to the location directly at the castle. The view from the window goes to the castle and the park. It's very quiet here. It's extremely quiet at night. Guest access Guests have access to the house and the room. The room is a self-contained unit. No room has to be shared with other guests. It is a big room with a bathroom in the room itself. In front of the room is a lounge with a large table where guests can also stay if they want. Guests arriving very late (or if we are not here) can self-check in using a key box. Other things to note Please note that there is no TV. However, the Internet usually works well. We would also like to point out again that there is no kitchen for cooking. The room is therefore not suitable as a fitter's accommodation. We would also like to reiterate that the bathroom is in the room itself. It is separated from the room and thus a separate room, but the walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling so as not to interrupt the historic surrounding stucco edge on the ceiling. This means that when two guests come, each can hear the shower, faucet or toilet flush when used. The bathroom also has a window into the room (see photos). We can also rent bicycles (€8/day) to discover the beautiful area.
