This modern and centric estudio (25 m2) is located in center of Madrid only few minutes away from the famous El Rastro market, Lavapiés and Plaza Mayor. The space The apartment is divided into a well-equipped kitchen area with dining table and TV and the sleeping area with a double bed. In another small room, a single bed in a separate attic space. It also has a glass-walled bathroom with mechanized blinds for privacy and a patio. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay. This property is not a house for tourist use so it is not rented for that reason. The minimum rental is 20 nights and it is necessary to justify the temporary accommodation for work, study, health, etc.. The tenant must sign a temporary rental contract before entering the apartment specifying the reason for the rental. It is recommended for a couple with a maximum of one child, since the auxiliary room is small and three people may feel limited by the space since the bathroom is in the main room. The auxiliary room does not have air conditioning and although the house is comfortable in summer, please consider this when making your reservation. Please take this into account if you are three people. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. In the property, there is available heating and air conditioning. The property is on the ground floor but you need to take two stairs. Other things to note If you're arriving later than 21;00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Legal registration of travellers according to Decreto 1513/1959 & Decreto 450/1975 For legal reasons, we need the ID information of all travellers over 15 years old. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
