Solid apartment, fully equipped and suitable as an overnight stay for various occasions. Business travelers can comfortably accommodate 2 people in the large living/sleeping room and the separate bedroom (both with TV). Apartment Stefan is located on the top floor of our 3-family house. Guests can use the terrace on the ground floor on their own. Parking is available on the street outside of the house. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible. The space 1 combined living/bedroom with 40-inch satellite TV. The sleeping area includes a 160x200 bed and an 80x200 bed, as well as a spacious closet. 1 separate bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200), 40-inch satellite TV and wardrobe. 1 fitted kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, sufficient dishes and cutlery for 5 people Dining area for max. 5 people, high chair. Hallway, writing desk, bath/shower with hairdryer Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price. Guest access The apartment Stefan is for your own use. Likewise, the terrace on the ground floor. Access to the basement is not allowed.
