Family cabin, 3 bedrooms and all amenities

Welcome to our family cabin at Filefjell. We actively use the cabin ourselves and rent it out periodically. Cabin 925moh is located on a sunny plot of land with a view over the valley, towards the Filefjell-Tyin alpine center, a view of Skørsnøse 1453, which is a popular hike for ski touring, and Stølsnøse 1404m, which is a great hike in the summer, and a view over Jotunheimen. A Joker store, a sports store, and several dining options nearby. It is a 5 min drive to Tyin Filefjell Alpinsenter. The space About the cabin: It has 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed measuring 180 cm and a large dresser for storage. 1 with a double bed measuring 150 cm, storage for clothes and a lot of toys. 1 with a 90 cm bed + a mattress on the floor and a dresser. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Living room and dining room with great views. Here there is a sofa, a coffee table, several armchairs and a daybed. We have several board games suitable for everyone. Cozy fireplace in the living room and plenty of birch wood. Equipment storage room with space for skis. Feel free to borrow our sledges. Spacious corridor with plenty of space for clothes and shoes. Sunny plot with private parking and space for several cars. Firewood for the fireplace and stove is included in the rent. There are also various candles in a cupboard in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a Moccamaster coffee machine, and there are filters in the cupboard, as well as various spices that guests can use. There is a Joker grocery store, a sports shop and several dining places at Tyinkrysset and in the area. Guest access The entire cabin and all rooms. We have 3 locked lockers. There will be some bed linens and towels that can be borrowed as needed. In that case, please do a load of laundry and hang it up before departure. There may be laundry from past guests. In that case, these must be put in the closet in the blue bedroom. Use the master bedroom to dry laundry on departure. Other things to note This is a cabin that we also use privately. Cleaning: For stays of less than 3 nights, such as a weekend, we ask that you vacuum all floors and clean the kitchen and bathroom. For longer stays, we will require professional cleaning. This costs NOK 2,000 and is booked by me through a local company. When you arrive and when you leave, you will have to make some preparations. When you arrive: Turn on the water pump switch inside the bathroom. Turn on the water via the stopcock inside the bathroom. This one is marked with black tape. Increase the temperature of the panel heater in the kitchen and the oil-filled radiator in the bathroom. Feel free to use the electrical floor heating for longer stays. Switch by the door leading down to the bathroom. Turn on the panel heaters in the small bedroom, the upper living room and in the hallway. Those controlled with the "Ring Hytta Varm" service should not be touched. When you leave: Open the cabinet doors under the kitchen sink so that warm air can enter. Turn off the panel heaters in the small bedroom, the upper living room and out in the hallway. Those controlled by the "Ring Hytta Varm" system should not be touched. The one in the kitchen should be set to 10 degrees Celsius. Bathroom: Set the floor heating to 1 in winter and the oil heater to a low temperature. Turn off the water using the stopcock marked with black tape. Feel free to bring firewood from the storage room into the hallway if needed. There are some bed linens and towels available for use, but please start a load of laundry and hang them up before you leave.
