The Old Post Office in Brookfield is a wee haven of calm 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport, Johnstone train station and a 15 minute train journey from Glasgow Central. We offer a comfortable self-contained apartment furnished to a high standard within minutes of the beautiful Renfrewshire countryside and with a homely welcome. The apartment has a dedicated parking space and is 5 minutes from supermarkets and shops. The space The Old Post Office is a three roomed apartment tastefully decorated with an emphasis on comfort and calm. Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. The living area is equipped with a kitchen featuring a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and pod coffee maker with well equipped cook and homeware. There is a comfortable sofa and window seats, a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The apartment is warm and cosy with adjustable electric heating. There is excellent sound insulation and quiet internal ventilation to ensure a pleasant haven from external noise. The bedroom is rear-situated, overlooking back gardens and with a comfortable double bed, readily accessible charging points and window seating. The shower room has a walk in shower and electrically heated towel rail for comfort and warmth. Parking for one vehicle is provided immediately outside the property. Please enquire if additional parking is required. Guest access Full access to the living area, bedroom and shower room T h e apartment is accessed by a single lockable external door. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. We are unable to accommodate children due to the proximity of the road and for safety reasons. Other things to note The apartment is readily accessible from the main A737 dual carriageway and M8 motorway Airport junction. Please be aware that the apartment sits next to a busy A road and therefore take care when entering and exiting the lay-by car parking space. The car park space belongs to the property and guests have priority use of the space. It is used intermittently for short periods by those accessing the post box outside the apartment.
