You are also close to the famous Sarlat Film Festival. 🔍 DESCRIPTION: - Terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs and parasol - 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 single beds on request) - Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, towel dryer, hair dryer - Separate toilet - Living room with dining area - Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob/extractor hood, combined oven with microwave, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dishes, condiments, household products available...). - Large comfortable sofa bed ("permanent bedding") can accommodate 2 additional people on request - Wi-Fi Internet, flat screen, stereo. Water, electricity are included (weekly package). 📍LOCATION: Located in the heart of the medieval city of Sarlat, you will find all the necessary shops at the foot of the building: butcher, bakery, pastry shop, supermarket, café... All major tourist attractions are about 20-25 minutes from the rental (customized tourist documentation is available). Feel at home for a comfortable stay!
