Ground floor apartment with spacious living room/kitchen, double sofa bed and single sofa bed (easy to open, comfortable 18 cm mattresses), double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. For relaxing evenings, board games and two TVs are available. Other things to note Private barrel sauna (wood-fired, up to 6 people) with outdoor shower and small swimming pond in the garden. Independent gas heating with radiators in every room, fireplace, barbecue, outdoor patio with covered and uncovered terraces, separate laundry room with washer and dryer, shared ski storage. Private parking space. Self check-in available. Close to public transport, no architectural barriers. Families will appreciate the shared playhouse, games, and books for children. Cleaning service available during your stay for an extra fee. Complete renovation done in October 2026. Borgo Lares (Bolbeno) ski lifts 4 km, Pinzolo 20 km, Madonna di Campiglio 35 km. The village is 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot. Guest access: ground floor apartment, patio with outdoor table, laundry room with shared ski storage, sauna, parking space. Shared garden available to guests. Note: In case of heavy snow or ice, it is recommended to park in the village and walk uphill for 5 minutes to the house. The access road has two short cobblestone sections. Events are not allowed.
