We are 4 mi. south of I-70 by Sherwood Lake. King-sized bed with a Memory foam topper & plenty of pillows. The bathroom is next door to the room, yours exclusively during your stay (except for our dog who uses it to access the backyard). There is a fan, coffee maker & TV with a ChromeCast attached. Please-no pets. **This space is upstairs.** "Sherwood Lake Suite" is our lower-level space and has a ground-level entrance. The space Our home is a "Raised Ranch" style. This room is on the main level, but requires going up a full flight of stairs to access the front door. **It is NOT wheelchair accessible.** The room will comfortably sleep 2 adults. If you need room for a small child, we can accommodate them with a pack n' play or a fold-out foam pad. The bathroom is located next door to the room, off the main hallway. It is for your private use while you are here. (The laundry room is part of the space, so I may occasionally need to access it during your stay.) The dog has a doggie door to access the backyard through the bathroom. Please leave the door open when you're not using it. Need more space? We also have another listing in our home, downstairs (Sherwood Lake Suite), with a queen-size bed and a family room which provides a lot of space for hanging out or watching the 42" TV with Direct TV or DVD. Entry is via the garage and requires no need to access the stairs. There is plenty of room for our 2 air mattresses or a pack n' play. Both spaces can be booked together (if available) if you need more space. Guest access We have a keypad on the front door. The lock has to be turned by hand. On your way out, pull the door handle toward you a bit to compress the seal so the deadbolt goes in the hole. To lock the door, press the oval button that reads "Schlage" and then turn the knob to shoot the deadbolt. **If you book more than one night:** You will have a code (the last 4 digits of the phone number you use for Airbnb) so you can come and go at your leisure. You are welcome to park in the driveway on the right side by the stairs on weekends, or if you plan to be gone by 7am during the week. Otherwise there is plenty of street parking available. Guests staying in our lower-level suite park on the left side. During your stay We will be available to you during your stay. You can decide how much or how little you need us. Other things to note There is a small coffee maker in the room with coffee, teas and cocoa available. I provide banana or apple bread (or pumpkin in the Fall) for your breakfast. Let me know if you are vegan or have any gluten or milk allergies, as my recipe contains both. The washer and dryer are available if you need them. The dog is hypoallergenic because Ralph likes dogs and Linnea is allergic to them and cats. Please understand that is why we don’t allow other pets in our home.
