Peaceful Residential Basement unit

This basement unit has its own private entrance. A private backyard as well as a private lower level yard to enjoy. The lower yard has a creek that runs through the property, a swing, and a fire pit with plenty of wood to roast marshmallows or just hang out and enjoy the evening. The unit includes: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchenette, 1 living room with big screen TV, a foosball table and a fireplace. The space This is a basement unit. You have your own entrance on the side of the house. To be transparent there is a door that goes to the upstairs. When the unit is rented a folding door will be placed there and a curtain to divide the upper and lower units. Guest access Access to the back yard: the fire pit, the creek, the swing, and if you want to use a BBQ grill while here please ask me. In the home: Wifi, foosball table, and fireplace. Other things to note Iron and hair dryer downstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked. If you need something and it isn't downstairs just let me know.
