The fantastic location directly on the south beach, the fantastic sea view, the high-quality equipment and the extensive leisure facilities make the South Cape a unique holiday complex on the Baltic Sea. All apartments have large terraces/balconies with direct or limited sea views. Each house has an elevator with which you can access directly from the underground parking to your apartment. The high-quality and extensive equipment in all rooms, the sauna and fitness area, the games room and the leisure room with foosball table and table tennis make your holiday an experience at any time of year. A bicycle storage room for your bicycles and a laundry room were the offer. Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the seagull Meier children's club of tourism service and the many different beaches of the place (beach, dog beach, surf beach, nudist beach) do not make time long. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school on site with rental (surfing/kiting/sailing/sup) as well as a bike rental. For our guests in the Südkap holiday resort we offer a bread roll service. On the ground floor there are storage rooms for bicycles as well as shops (restaurants, fashion shops, etc.). An elevator leads from the parking space in the underground garage to the top floor. This front row penthouse apartment offers an overwhelming view of the Baltic Sea and is particularly well equipped. Highlights include the rotating wood-burning stove, which you can enjoy from both the dining area and the sofa with a view of the Baltic Sea, and the spacious Finnish logs sauna with an internal size of 2.1 x 2.1 meters and three levels within the penthouse apartment, so you can rest after a sauna on a loung on the rooftop terrace. The two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) are each furnished with a towel radiator. On the large surrounding roof terrace (of which about 36 square meters with Bangkiraibel day), which you can reach from every room, you will find, among other things, an extra large table with 6 chairs and two loungers space.
