Cozy townhouse located close to the sea. Ground floor has nice kitchen with good dining area and exit to south facing, sunny terrace/garden, "the small oasis". In addition toilet/bath, room with 2 beds (good sofa bed, bed size 140x200) and utility room with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there is a large living room with access to a small terrace and a bedroom with 2 beds (double bed). Fibernet and free parking by the house. Walking distance to Palm Beach. About 1.5 km to the city center. The space You will come to a relaxed and also spiritual home. I have a passion for yoga, mindfulness and personal development, which you can also sense in the house. Guest access Apart from a locked room on the 1st floor, the whole house will be available during the stay. Of practical things, including a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. Content in wine fridge can be enjoyed for a fee :). It has a covered terrace from the kitchen with garden furniture and small fire pit/grill. Please note that there is no TV subscription - however there is wifi so you have the option to stream :)
