Enjoy a relaxing stay with gorgeous views. The house is nestled on the edge of the Wedderburn Goldfields, with a beautiful undulating farming landscape with olive groves in the distance. Only 17km from Wedderburn, with Gold Mining heritage, beautiful bird murals and numerous walking tracks. Wedderburn has an amazing Information Centre as well as a supermarket, pubs, cafés and other amenities. 27 km from Charlton on the Avoca River. 29 km from Boort, home of the Boort Lakes. The space When driving into the property, you will see there is ample space for parking at the right of the house. Heading up the front verandah gives you access to the key safe and front door. Entering the front door, you will find yourself in the dining room/full kitchen space. The kitchen has an oven/stovetop, dishwasher, full sized fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, plus cooking items and utensils. To the right of the dining room is Bedroom 1 which has a Queen sized bed, the next door is Bedroom 2 with a set of single bunk beds. Heading out from the kitchen you will find yourself in the loungeroom, which has a glass sliding door to the back patio. Whilst in the loungeroom, there is a door to the left, this takes you to the bathroom which has a twin shower. Behind the barn door in the bathroom is a washing machine and dryer and laundry tub. Out on the back patio, there is a clothes line attached to the back of the house. Looking out from here you can see the beautiful view, all the way down to the Olive Grove. Other things to note Due to the shire changing our address recently, google maps has the old address and Apple Maps has the new address.
