The road end dock is located just around the corner which makes it VERY CONVENIENT for the loading and unloading of passengers on a boat. Family park within walking distance, party store/liquor store and restaurant all within walking distance. SNOWMOBILERS: The trail head is just minutes away and seconds from the lake. Houghton Lake trail is just around the corner. EASY ACCESS FOR SLEDS! ICEFISHERMEN: Access to lake is 1 minute away. 2013/14 Season was booked solid and fishermen CAUGHT THE FISH! The back yard is of ample size for tents. Snowmobiles can turn around in yard. A small secured shed is also available for that 'extra gear' and empty suitcases!
