The space The apartment has a separate bedroom with a door, which means privacy and quiet for everyone – some guests can turn in early while others stay up in the living room. Whether you're travelling as a family, for business, or with friends, you'll find everything here for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together into one large double, so it works just as well for a couple as for two friends travelling together. In the living room there are two armchairs that fold out into single beds, so the apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Everyone gets a proper bed of their own. The living room is bright and welcoming, with a Smart TV for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, from quick breakfasts to full meals. A coffee machine is also available to start your mornings right. The apartment is part of a newly built floor of modern apartments, with a shopping centre on the ground floor of the same building. Everything is fresh and new inside, and daily shopping is quite literally downstairs. Other things to note Location:
 The apartment is just a couple of minutes from the Emajõgi river and its walking paths, and only a 10-minute walk from Tartu city center. A riverside beach can be reached in about 10 minutes (Emajõe rand).
