Charming cottage with garden and off road parking.

The house is a delightful brick and flint cottage which sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Recently renovated and centrally heated, the house has a wonderfully sunny, south facing enclosed garden in which to relax in after a busy day on the beach. There is also off road parking in front of the house, a rarity in Wells. We are happy to take up to 2 well behaved dogs (pet fee charged). The space Grey Seal Cottage is a charming brick and flint cottage which sleeps 4+baby in 2 bedrooms. Fully centrally heated, the house has a wonderfully sunny, south facing enclosed garden where you can relax after a busy day on the beach. The cottage has a great supply of books, toys and board games as well as wifi for rainy days. There is also off street parking. Guest access The guests have full run of the whole house. It has it's own off road parking for one car right outside the house, something which is rare in Wells. Other things to note There is a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available at the house. For weekly holiday lets the changeover day is Friday.
