Large Georgian House with Indoor Swimming Pool

Beautiful Georgian home nestled between the historic cities of Bath and Bristol. The property is situated within a walled and gated perimeter. Incredibly spacious rooms, a heated indoor pool and an outdoor hottub. The house caters very well for gatherings of families & friends. Whether you are looking for a relaxing time while your little ones are entertained in the swimming pool or you wish to host a dinner party....we have done everything to ensure this property ticks all the boxes The space The accommodation is over 2 floors. - 6 bedrooms (1 Superking, 3 x kingsize, and 2 x twin bedrooms) - 3 bathrooms - Aga Cooker - Indoor Heated Pool - Hot Tub - BBQ area - Large garden - Sonos sound system - Parking for 8 cars - for bookings of 13 or 14 guests we place a double sofa bed in the largest of the bedrooms. If you are a party under 13 guests but still wish to utilise the sofa bed please book for 13. The swimming pool is located at the back of the house and is shared with the neighbouring property (Woodlands). Upon booking you will be offered the exclusive use of the pool during the following hours; either 8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm. We have an automatic timed locking mechanism on the areas leading to and the pool doors so that guests only have access to the pool area during the agreed hours ensuring you have sole use of the pool during your allotted morning or afternoon slot. You will not have visibility of Woodlands guest at any point. If there are no bookings at Woodlands you will get exclusive use of the pool throughout your stay. Please feel free to send me a message to check on our calendar. The garden and hot tub are exclusively for your use and are situated to the side and front of the property. From these peaceful surroundings you are still only a short taxi ride to either Bristol or Bath Cities. From this perfect position you can enjoy a lively Saturday night out on Bristol’s buzzing bar & club scene or visit the architectural wonders of The Historic Bath City or simply pamper yourself in the Romam Era Thermal Baths. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property & grounds but the pool which is situated to the back of the house is shared on a time slot basis as described above. Minimum stay: 2 nights Bank Holidays, Christmas & New Year - minimum 3 nights Other things to note Check in time flexible.
