Take a shuttle or walk to lifts and village! 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom newly renovated house just a 10 minute walk to Stratton Mountain! The house is also directly on the Stratton shuttle route that operates during the day on winter weekends and winter holidays (Dec, Jan, Feb, March)! Multiple state parks, ski mountains, and much more all driving distance from the house! The space Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 bathrooms! Amenities include a Large TV with cable, high speed wireless internet, large deck with outdoor seating, Hot Tub, Propane Grill, Wood burning fireplace, Sauna, Firepit, + more! The main entrance area consists of a large mudroom area as well as an entrance to the sauna! The upper floor consists of an open concept Kitchen / dining / living room area with a wood burning fireplace, Large TV, full bathroom, deck with patio furniture, and 1 bedrooms with a private deck as well! The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and the laundry room. -Lower level Bedroom 1: King size bed -Lower level Bedroom 2: King size bed -Lower level Bedroom 3: Twin bed with pullout twin trundle Guest access You have access to the entire home except for a locked storage closet Other things to note Maximum occupancy is 8 (includes infants and children) The house is family friendly but isn’t kid / baby proofed You are more than welcome to bring your dog, we just ask that you keep him/her off furniture and beds as it’s difficult to get the hair off and please pick up outside if in trafficked areas. If you would like to bring more than one dog please just reach out for pre-approval. Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration The Shuttle is operated by Stratton Resort, we aren’t in control of schedule or changes in service due to weather, etc. BBQ might be stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged. The house has a pack and plays that can be used. The house does not have air conditioning. There are fans in all of the bedrooms and living room. Summer is generally cooler in the mountains and it also cools down a lot at night so we find it comfortable just opening the screened windows to get a nice cross breeze and using fans to circulate the air if necessary.
