Place to stay in Stafford

Music Studio 307 is a professional recording/rehearsal studio located in an artist community in Stafford, CT. We are located perfectly in the middle between Boston and NYC, 15 minutes to UConn, 20 minutes to the Brimfield Antique show and 40 minutes to the new MGM Casino in Springfield, MA. Our town offers many restaurants, boutique stores and parks all within walking distance along with Art and Music events.There is a Yoga studio, Recording Studio, Dance Studio and Vintage Shop on our premises. The space I have three separate studios that are all connected via the back hallway where the laundry room and 1/2 bathroom are located. The first studio houses the Control room, Vocal booth, Live room and 2 pull-out sofa couches. The second studio space houses the Artist lounge with a Baby Grand piano, full kitchen, full bathroom, newly added coffee and breakfast station and a smart TV area with 1 pullout sofa and 1 day bed and electric fireplace. The 3rd studio houses the bedroom with a queen size bed and its own lounge area that has two pull out sofa's, one long sofa, a smart tv and electric fireplace. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio spaces. Access to the business part of the studio is only available for sleeping to parties over 10 people. Access to the studio for purposes of recording and/or rehearsal require additional fees. Other things to note In order to accommodate my other clients and Airbnb guests, the 11:00am check-out time is strictly enforced. If you wish to have a later check out time, our studio hourly rate fees will apply and must be communicated prior to check-out. If you have not checked out at 11:00 and have not communicated to me wanting a late check out, you will be charged a $75 late check out fee.
