The space Balcón del Camino Viejo is located on the outskirts of the town but not isolated, with two floors plus a large attic, and a plot of 4000 meters. Outside, it has a swimming pool, barbecue, foosball, ping-pong, bicycles for children and adults, and a children's area with swings. Guest access The street floor has three bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a porch-terrace with mountain views, a kitchen and a winter dining room. In addition, it has two bathrooms, one of them in the bedroom, all fully equipped. On the ground floor, you have two other bedrooms with full bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen, plus another bathroom. This floor overlooks the porch that connects the house with the private plot. On this plot, you can enjoy a 9 by 5 meter pool, barbecue, garden, a small vegetable garden and the area with swings for children. Also, there is parking within the property for several cars. The 80-meter attic is the favorite place for children. In addition to several beds, a full bathroom, TV, video and trunks full of toys, it has its own heating, so they can be together, entertained and more than comfortable.
