The region owes its special name to its extraordinary landscape and especially to the triumvirate of the Basilica of the Fourteen Holy Helpers, Banz Monastery and the Staffelberg. A nice excursion destination is the spa in nearby Bad Staffelstein. In addition, trips to Bamberg, Coburg, Kronach and Bayreuth are very worthwhile from a cultural standpoint. There are many small breweries in our area where you can linger and enjoy some creature comforts. The house is also ideal for business guests, project staff and smaller groups for seminars and workshops. The 2.10 m-long table offers plenty of space for working, meetings, discussions and joint planning. The outlet in the center of the table provides a convenient power supply for laptops and other devices. The spacious living and dining area, with around 45 m², offers plenty of space to feel comfortable and is the heart of the house. Here you can eat together, spend cozy evenings or simply relax. The living room and all three bedrooms have a Mitsubishi air conditioner that can be used for cooling and heating. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination with two freezer drawers, a hot air fryer for baking crispy rolls or preparing various dishes without fat, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and all the utensils you need for a good stay. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and electric underfloor heating. A spiral staircase leads up to the three bedrooms and the large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink and a spacious sideboard for storing your belongings. The stylish double room is equipped with a high-quality Hülsta bedroom and offers plenty of storage space with a spacious closet. Integrated reading lamps and a dimmable illuminated headboard create a pleasant and atmospheric ambience. There is also a satellite TV in the 3-bed room. Ideal if you want to retreat from time to time and watch your favorite program. All three bedrooms have pocket spring mattresses for a good night's sleep. The terrace tiled with travertine and the natural stone wall convey an Italian flair. In case of rain, you are welcome to move to the covered porch, which provides shade with the awning when the sun is shining. The unfenced parking lot at the house has space for five vehicles. It is under video surveillance. Guest access The entire house can be used with an access code, which will be provided prior to arrival. Other things to note The spiral staircase inside the house must be taken into account when booking with small children. The final cleaning is 100 € and is carefully performed by a reliable cleaning professional after each guest change. She makes sure that every guest can feel comfortable from the start.
