Destination Getaway - quiet area & Pet-Friendly.

Cozy home has 2 br, 2 ba, Master has King bed & huge tub, guest bedroom has Queen bed, large livingroom w/Queen sofa bed & Queen bed (Addtl. portables can be set up), full Kitchen, electric BBQ outside. Lots of room for parking your car, boats, trailers, toys, etc. Hot Springs are less than one mile & Elephant Butte Lake is about 7 miles away. Check out the arrival guide for more area info. The space My place is gated and fenced and on the same property with another rental. But you will have your own entrance gate and a private patio out back, as well as, a common area by the entrance, with plenty of parking. Guest access You have complete use of the house. Front door entrance is located through the small gate and up 4 steps, so it's not ideal for wheelchair access. The secure lock code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Other things to note There is a common area barbecue that you are welcome to use, We now have TV in all rooms. Only registered guests are allowed without prior permission. No parties or events allowed. Outside Security Cameras are in use for your safety and protection.
