Our apartment is designed to give you the comfort and convenience of a hotel stay in a more personal, home-like setting. Key Features: ✔ Bedrooms: Enjoy a restful night in any of the 2 bedrooms with king-size beds, or the 1 bedrooms with twin beds. For a 7th guest, an inflatable mattress or rollaway bed is available. Each bedroom features a Samsung TV with free Netflix for your entertainment. ✔ Bathrooms: Each bathroom features elegant light Italian marble and modern Hans Grohe fixtures. Enjoy spacious, open showers and a set of basic amenities to get you started. ✔ Kitchen: The heart of the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge/freezer, alongside all necessary cookware and dining utensils. Please note paper towels are not provided. ✔ Living/Dining Area: Unwind in a spacious living area with a large corner couch, a dining table, and a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with Netflix and cable TV. Extras: ✔ Step outside to enjoy the patio, a large communal pool, and BBQ area. ✔ Secure, gated parking for your convenience. ✔ Beach days are hassle-free with complimentary beach chairs and a cooler. ✔ The beach is only a 5-minute walk away! Guest access The whole apartment of approximately 1700 square feet. Other things to note ✔ Utilities Included: Water and electricity are included in the reservation price. Please keep this in mind when comparing with other rental properties. We kindly ask to use the air conditioning responsibly when not in the house. ✔ Tailored Experiences: We work with a great concierge who can arrange anything from private chefs and in-home massages (based on availability) to local recommendations. ✔ Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available upon request and subject to availability (extra fee applies). ✔ Baby Gear: Pack n’ Play and high chair available on request. ✔ Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs. Snorkel gear and umbrellas not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the condo after use; missing or damaged chairs incur a $75 replacement fee. ✔ Towels: 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per guest included for the duration of your stay. Please note that we don’t supply wash cloths due to hygienic reasons. ✔ Starter Kit: Travel kit of shampoo, conditioner & soap to get you started. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Please note we do not provide paper towels to keep up with Aruba’s sustainability standards. Instead we provide a reusable cloth for your convenience. The above items are provided as starter supplies. Should any of these run out, guests are welcome to replenish these items if additional quantities are needed during their stay. ✔ Clean & Ready: Professionally cleaned before arrival and after check-out. ✔ Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability (additional charges may apply). ✔ No Party Policy: Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited and may result in a $750 fine. ✔ No Drugs Policy: Possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the stay. ✔ Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your trip. This ensures immediate coverage for unexpected situations such as illness, injury, accidents, travel delays, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt your plans. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and helps protect you from financial loss related to these circumstances. Please note that without travel insurance, any losses due to emergencies will be your sole responsibility. Our cancellation policy, as outlined on Airbnb will be strictly followed, and refunds will only be issued according to the applicable terms.
