Spacious Duplex with Office and Private Garden

Amazing location - near every subway and tons of shops and restaurants! This is our home, not an anonymous Airbnb. It’s a spacious 1,000+ square feet—perfect for longer stays. Remote working? We have an office and fast wifi. Parents? We have a mini crib, changing table, and high chair available. The apartment is baby proofed. We redecorated a little bit since these photos are taken, but think it's even cuter :) Please note: key pickup is at a deli that’s a 10-minute walk away. The space Our apartment is a duplex, with ground floor entry from Atlantic Avenue. The kitchen, living room, dining area, full bathroom, nursery/office combo, and backyard access are on the top floor. Downstairs is the huge master bedroom with second office area and en-suite bathroom. There’s a guest closet for your use. We have personal items in two other closets. The office and bedroom face the back and are quiet. There's a little street noise in the living room. Check in is 11 AM to 8 PM. If you need a different check in window, please let us know at least a week before—there may be a fee depending on the time window. Guest access Subways are very accessible: the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, F, Q trains are all less than ten minutes walk. Free street parking is available on the blocks surrounding the apartment, though it can be tricky to find. Cars must be moved for weekly street cleaning. Other things to note Key pickup is at a nearby deli that's a ten minute walk away. We use this to keep your prices low while keeping your stay safe.
