The apartment has its own parking, private entrance and outside seating area. It is set in a quiet and peaceful area with Allestree Park, local shops, the village pub and St Edmund’s Church, only a short walk away. The space The apartment is entered by its own front door into the hallway off which are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Guest access As described the apartment is accessed by its own door at the front of the building. The door keys are held in a key safe as you walk from the parking space to the front door. The key safe number will be sent to you prior to arrival. Other things to note The entire apartment is all on one level with just one step up at the front door. The parking area is on a slight downward slope from the pavement. The bathroom consists of a large open shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
