With a king bedroom, a bunk room, fully equipped kitchen and enclosed courtyard, it’s a comfortable base for coastal days, countryside walks and family adventures. The space The heart of the home is the bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a feature electric fire. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for relaxed meals, together with a separate utility area for laundry. Beyond the kitchen is a peaceful sunroom with bi-fold doors opening onto the private courtyard, where you’ll find the hot tub and charcoal barbecue. Upstairs, the spacious main bedroom has a super king-size bed and comfortable seating. The second bedroom has bunk beds and is best suited to children. There is also a family bathroom upstairs and a convenient cloakroom downstairs. Guest access Enter at the front of the property, there are 3 steps to the front door . There is also a back yard gate with a Yale lock , beyond this gate you have pedestrian access only to allow you the front of the house for example to take out the household bins.
