We invite you to relax in an exclusive apartment in an 18th-century palace with an old park. The palace is located three kilometers from the town of Świebodzin, it is in a state of renovation. The entire park area with beautiful old trees, 4.6h is fenced in with a stone wall. The apartment with a fireplace is very cozy and at the same time spacious. It has a large terrace overlooking the park. Anyone who wants to relax, connect with nature, enjoy history, long walks. Great commute: 8km from the A2 motorway! Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor, has a private entrance locked. Equipped with a kitchen with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher. It has everything you need to prepare meals. Large, spacious closets and a bathroom with a shower and battery-bidet will provide comfort for up to 6 people. In a spacious bedroom, a double bed is 160 cm, a large sofa bed 160 cm very comfortable for sleeping, and a bed sliding on wheels, located under the platform for a kitchenette. The fireplace in the living room during the warm season is booked. Smoking in the fireplace is possible during the winter and winter and paid extra. From the bedroom there is an exit to a beautiful, spacious terrace, equipped with lace cast iron furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The entrance to the bathroom is from the living room. We have a large parking lot on the property and a summer gazebo decorated in outdoor furniture with the possibility of BBQ on a portable grill. Renovation of the Palace of Choćlach has been our family project since 2012, since we fell in love with it and lived there. We've always hosted many guests in our home. Friends and friends loved to come over for tea, long evening conversations, guitar singing, and traditional family cakes. Grono family, friends, and friends grew up, and there were gatherings that were very, very cramped. It was then that the idea of finding a place where encounters with many friends would have happened more often and nothing would hold us back. This idea matured, crystallized in our thoughts, and gained strength for nearly 16 years. At some point, a few years ago, our dreams and imaginations took shape! Today, we're honored to introduce you to a unique place. We dreamed that anyone who would be here, from ourselves, could finally take a deep breath, escape the concrete jungle of noisy cities, and restore peace and inner balance. We invest in this project all our time, energy, and commitment, but above all – soul and heart. We still have a lot of work to do, but today we can invite everyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and catch a second breath. We have two exclusive apartments for guests. Guests can also use the seating areas decorated in the hallway, it is possible, by prior arrangement, to rent a bike, Nordic walking poles, and even receiving consultation on the correct technique of walking with poles. Just 8 km from the Palace is a picturesque lake on the village of Wilkowo. In 15 km from the Palace, in the village of Kalinowo there is an 18-hole golf course, expansive on 75 hectares, which attracts professionals and golf enthusiasts with beauty and friendly atmosphere.
