A beautifully built and furnished Lodge to enjoy

This building has been lovingly restored and is a great choice to explore the local area or to use as a home from home if you are away on business. It is only 10 minutes drive from Witham Station and in the other direction historic Maldon. It is within easy access of the A12, has lots of stunning walks and local pubs to enjoy. The lodge is separate from the main house, has its own front door and outside courtyard space. The space The lodge has a large lounging area with sofa, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. If you fancy putting your feet up in front of the TV you will have a 42 inch screen which includes Netflix, Paramount, ITVx and most other apps. The bathroom has a large shower with toilet, basin, mirrored cupboard, toilet, towel radiator, large fluffy towels and dressing robes. A large king sized bed awaits you in the bedroom which can also be changed into two singles upon request, a dressing table and wardrobes with plenty of storage space. Bi-fold doors open up on to a courtyard garden is segregated from the main house which is yours to use, is surrounded by planting and has a bistro table to use for guests. Guest access As the lodge is completely separate from the main house guests have their own space for the duration of their stay. Other things to note The lounge does have a lovely double sofa bed available for children however this is at an additional charge. Please enquire for further information.
