No Parties and No Smoking. - I do not allow the reservation for groups of young people where at least 1 or more are between 18 and 25 years old. - One small pet (max 6kg) is allowed. The space Designer apartment in Vichayito, with a spectacular ocean view. Guest access Check-in time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. It is not possible to arrive before the indicated time, use the common areas or leave luggage, as the condominium does not have a luggage storage room. The condominium has a pool with varying depth, open from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, a lounge area with a grill, and large gardens. The condo is located on the second row. It's not right on the beach, but there's a walkway right in front of the condominium for direct access to the beach. Less than 200 meters away. Booking is not allowed for groups of young people between 18 and 25 years old, regardless of whether one or more of the group is over that age. The condominium allows 1 pet per house, which must remain inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed in common areas. If it is a pit bull, it must wear a muzzle. If you are traveling from abroad with your pet, consider that to enter Peru there are certain health requirements that must be met, such as vaccination and health certificates, among others. Other things to note 1. The condominium has a grill and mud oven. The use of these spaces costs 35 soles per final cleaning. The reservation and payment for these spaces is made directly with the condominium manager. The guest should bring their own charcoal for the grill and firewood for the oven. 2. The apartment's maximum capacity is 6 people. The price shown in the notice considers 4 guests. An additional payment of 60 soles must be made for the fifth and sixth guest, per day, each. The final cost will be reflected at the end of the reservation. 3. From 1 year of age are considered guests. The apartment has no crib for babies. 4. The condominium is pet friendly, but restricted to 1 per dwelling. Pets are not allowed in the grill area or pool area. The cost per pet is S/. 60 per reservation. 5. The apartment is on the fourth floor. No elevator. 6. All 2 bedrooms have air conditioning. There is no A/C in the dining room. 7. The condominium has 15 outdoor parking spaces for common and rotating use, on a first come first served basis. No outside surveillance for cars. 8. The reservation includes the cleaning fee at the end of your stay. There is no garbage collection service. You must go down to the tachos located in the entrance of the condominium. You can find extra trash bags next to the bin. 9. Check-in time is from 3pm to 6pm. If you arrive after that time I will leave the apartment key at the reception of the condominium. In case you want to check in early, and arrive before the indicated time, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm (if available) you will be charged half of a day of accommodation. I don't accept early check one before 8:00 am. 10. Check-out time is until 11am maximum. In case you want to check out (if available) you will be charged half day of accommodation, for the range from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm maximum. 11. For drinking water care measures, the condominium cuts the supply daily from 2:00 am to 6:00 am. Taking your precautions. 12. - In the rainy season (February to April) the Vichayito area may have temporary power outages. In case this happens, we ask for a little patience until the electric power company solves the problem. 13.
