Peaceful Idyllic Stable on Romney Marsh near Rye

Homely interior with a calm feel. Surrounded by fields and sheep. Ideal for families. The main bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. The room upstairs has two singles which can also be a double, ideal for children and young adults. The door to this room is an old French slatted shutter. There is a shower room with a loo on the ground floor. The kitchen, dining and living area is on the ground floor with a TV and warming gas fire. There is a double sofa bed in the living area. The space South facing stable opens out onto the sheep filled field and views over the Marsh. Please do pop over the stile and hang out with sheep or play frisbee! Guest access Parking at the property is in the parking area marked. Access is required in and out of the area by the five bar gate. Great walks, great local pubs and great views. Close to Camber beach and Rye. Other things to note This is an old stable, but we have installed all the mod cons and a lot of insulation to keep you warm and cool. There is heating and a great gas heater. You may find the odd cobweb, as we live in the countryside, especially during the Autumn! We welcome dogs but it will be a bit of a squeeze if you have a full house and dogs! There is a cleaning charge for dogs.
