Living Spaces Enjoy a spacious sitting room with comfy sofas and a cushioned window seat, a separate TV room, and a sun-filled garden-facing room, all opening onto front and rear gardens that are well screened for privacy and shelter from the wind. The modern, vaulted kitchen-diner is the heart of the home, featuring NEFF appliances (oven, hob, warming drawer, microwave, dishwasher), a large fridge, DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sharp knives, and a full complement of utensils, crockery, glasses, and cutlery. A large peninsula with bar stools opens onto the dining space with a custom 3m bamboo table, seating 10 comfortably (12 at a push), perfect for family or group meals. Through the kitchen, a utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower and a family loo for convenience. Outdoor Spaces Step outside to the beautifully maintained garden and terrace, designed for relaxing and dining in any weather. A closable pergola shelters a comfortable outdoor lounge for 10, perfect for afternoon drinks or reading. The large round dining table (over 2m diameter) sits under another closable pergola for al fresco meals protected from sun or rain, alongside a full-size BBQ, making it easy to enjoy shared time outdoors regardless of the unpredictable English summer. Bedrooms First Floor: Two master bedrooms, both spacious and stylishly modernised. Each has a 6’ (1.8m) bed, a period-style bathroom (one with a freestanding slipper bath), and access to the front balcony. Top Floor: A large double bedroom (5’4” / 1.6m bed) and a triple room with two singles (90cm / 3’) and a pull-out mattress that creates an extra single (3 total) or converts one single into a super-king. To use the extra bed, please select 11 guests when booking — a modest additional charge applies to cover setup.
