Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay. The space You can be assured that I do my best to make sure the space is clean. I adhere to the Airbnb standards of cleanliness. Wifi is on a separate network with its own password. Amenities include air conditioning and water cooler to fill water bottles and have instant hot water. Located on a cul de sac. You easily access the trails in White's Woods-a 250 acre nature preserve- a few blocks away ( N 12th St has a parking area at the entrance) There is also a folding table and 4 chairs so you can work, bring home your dinner or play games. Guest access I have a guest only wifi connection and Netflix account. Other things to note I remodeled this space to make it a dedicated Airbnb space. I look forward to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Air conditioner keeps the space comfortable in summer. If you have severe allergies to rabbits or hay, you may need to reconsider this as an option as I do have bunnies in the house but never in the Airbnb space. I have allergies to dogs so no pets.
