Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a queen bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay. You can be assured that I do my best to make sure the space is clean. I adhere to the Airbnb standards of cleanliness. Wifi is on a separate network with its own password. Air conditioning! Located on a cul de sac. You easily access the trails in White's Woods-a 250 acre nature preserve- a few blocks away ( N 12th St has a parking area at the entrance) There is also a folding table and 4 chairs so you can work, bring home your dinner or play games. I have a guest only wifi connection and Netflix account. This is self check in but I live upstairs and am available if you have questions about your stay or the Indiana area. We are a 15 min walk to IUP campus or downtown. There are lots of local restaurants. Indiana is a quaint college town with good restaurants and 2 microbreweries. Some of the local sights include the Jimmy Stewart museum, Punxystawney Phil and Amish country in Smicksburg, PA are each about a 30 min drive away. You can drive easily with hardly any traffic anywhere. I am within in walking distance to downtown and IUP campus. I remodeled this space to make it a dedicated Airbnb space. If you have severe allergies to rabbits or hay, you may need to reconsider this as an option as I do have bunnies in the house but never in the Airbnb space. I have allergies to dogs so no pets.
