Luxury stay near Jim Corbett | The Corbett Nook |2

The Corbett Nook is more than just a stay-it’s a warm, local experience in the heart of town. “Nook” means a quiet, cosy place, and that’s exactly what we offer. Our beautifully built home is surrounded by mango, litchi and other fruit trees, creating a peaceful, homely atmosphere away from the bustle. Restaurants, street food, petrol pump, wine shop, confectionery, gym (in the same building), laundry & other essentials are all within walking distance, making your stay comfortable & convenient. The space The Corbett Nook is conveniently located on the first floor above the Royal Enfield showroom (right next to the Reliance petrol pump), right on the main highway—making it exceptionally easy to find and reach. Whether you’re travelling by your own vehicle, bus, or train, getting here is hassle-free. Buses drop right in front of the property, while the railway station is just 2 km away. The property has 6 rooms in total: 3 Superior Rooms with windows, 2 Deluxe Rooms with private balconies, and 1 Family Room with a balcony featuring 2 double beds. Each room can accommodate 1 extra mattress, making the property suitable for couples, families and groups. During your stay My father, a retired Forest Department officer, spent nearly 40 years working in Corbett. Guests can explore a dedicated space showcasing his achievements and, if you wish, enjoy conversations filled with stories, local knowledge and memorable tiger encounters. My mother, a homemaker, adds to the warm family atmosphere. We also have excellent local knowledge, having lived here for over 50 years, and are always happy to guide guests about Corbett and nearby attractions. Our family connections also make arranging Corbett safaris easier, with relatives owning multiple Gypsies used for safari trips. A gym is also available nearby, where guests can speak directly with the owner regarding day-use charges. Other things to note For added convenience, the entire property has inverter backup, so essential electrical facilities continue working during power cuts. Only the AC and geyser are excluded from the backup. Fortunately, electricity outages are uncommon. Parking Parking is available right outside the homestay for your convenience. However, please note that vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk. Guests are requested to ensure that their vehicles are properly locked and secured. The property will not be responsible for any loss or damage. Luggage Storage After Check-out If you wish to leave your luggage at the property after check-out and collect it later, we will be happy to assist subject to availability. However, all luggage and its contents will remain entirely at the owner’s risk. For your safety, we strongly recommend that guests do not leave valuables, cash, jewellery, important documents, electronics, or any expensive items inside luggage left at the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. What truly makes The Corbett Nook special is the combination of a convenient location, a peaceful green setting, genuine local hospitality and nearly five decades of family knowledge of Corbett. We don’t just offer you a room—we offer you a chance to experience Corbett through the eyes of people who have lived here, worked here and know the region inside out.
