"La Longère aux Volets Rouges", a 2-star furnished cottage, consists of a small ground-floor cottage of 33 m2 (bedroom 2 beds, living room-kitchenette, shower room) open to the garden, and a 2nd bedroom, independent, on the 1st floor under the attic, with its own amenities. We have kept the rustic atmosphere of the farmhouse with a "touch of comfort" to experience an authentic and simple moment. No television to rediscover the silence and the birdsong (free wifi network) The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - A living room of 18 m2 and its dining-kitchenette area, with electric hob 2 burners, oven, fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. Pots, pans, casseroles, dishes, cutlery, glasses... if anything is missing, don't hesitate to come and knock on our door. - shower room/toilet opening onto the common room. - A 12 m2 bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm single beds, a small wardrobe, a dresser and a desk. ON THE FIRST FLOOR (under the attic): - By the outside staircase, a suite comprising a landing room (with small refrigerator, microwave and kettle, a hanging rail) a toilet-wc, a shower, and the attic room with a bed of 140 x 190, dresser, table and chair for two people. Point of attention: for families with very young children: the 1st bedroom is completely independent of the ground floor. - possibility of an umbrella bed and/or a mattress on the ground for young children, with duvet and pillow. Linens and towels. Free Wi-Fi. Lockbox for "staggered" check-ins and check-outs. Notice: chickens, a dog (2020) - In summer, the enclosed garden of 600 m2 becomes an extra room with table, chairs and umbrella. - Internet access via Wi-Fi throughout the house and a good part of the garden. - A covered and secure space (courtyard) can accommodate your motorcycle or bicycles. Guest access Guests have their key and can come and go at their own pace. We live in the 2nd part of the farmhouse. Other things to note A little point to know: - discount for the week (from the 7th night) - no telephone coverage for the Orange operator. ADSL wifi network - restaurants and shops 10 km away (Chateauneuf en Thymerais, Senonches, Brezolles). Feel free to plan to eat your meals on site, in the red living room.
