Parties, loud events, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoke-Free Home: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property indoors. A specialized deep-cleaning fee will be charged if smoke residue or odor is detected inside. Seamless Online Verification: For security and safety purposes, the primary guest is required to complete our quick online verification form (uploading valid photo ID) prior to arrival. Once completed, your automated check-in details will be released, 24 hours prior to check-in Security Deposit / Damage Protection: A refundable security deposit of £250 or a small non-refundable damage waiver is required prior to check-in to cover accidental damage.
