Enjoy an independent cottage of 77 m² (829 sq. ft.), in a peaceful village, with a large wooded garden of 2,000 m² (0.5 acre) without overlooking neighbors, an outdoor pool of 10 × 5 m (33 × 16 ft.) 🏊 and exceptional panoramic views of the mountains, including the Chartreuse Massif. 🏔️ The space 🏡 The gite has a separate entrance and is located in a wing adjoining our house, while ensuring your peace and privacy. 🛏️ 3 bedrooms – Up to 7 people - 2 double bedrooms with large beds 160 × 200 cm, each equipped with a shower, double vanity, heated towel rail, ceiling fan and 130 cm TV. Free Netflix upon request. - 1 family bedroom with 3 beds 90 × 200 cm (bunk beds and trundle bed). Thick, comfortable mattresses, suitable for both children and adults. 50-inch TV also available. 🍽️ Dining area with microwave, kettle, dishes, and essentials. 🏊 Large 10 × 5 m outdoor pool for private use: Enjoy the pool in complete tranquility, without the presence of the owner while you swim. Accessible at any time, upon simple prior request to arrange your access. - 10 deckchairs available. - Pool towels and large towels for lounge chairs available upon request. - Inflatable toys, inner tubes and arm floats for children weighing 6 to 60 kg are available. - Unheated pool. 🌳 Garden and relaxation - Fully equipped BBQ area and fire pit. - Two large outdoor tables for 8 and 12 people, one with a parasol. - Relaxation area with loungers, small table, parasol and mountain views. - Swings, outdoor and indoor games, and books available upon request. 🚗 3 free parking spaces on the grounds. 🚴 Activities and things to discover Just an 18-minute drive from Lake Paladru: beaches, swimming, water activities, hiking and mountain bike trails nearby. Equipment rental on site: - 2 electric bicycles, one of which is equipped with a child seat (18 months to 8 years). - 2 standard bikes and 1 children's bike (ages 6–9). - 1 electric scooter. - 2 paddle boards with all the necessary accessories. 🌿 An ideal setting to recharge your batteries, enjoy quality time with family or friends, and discover the treasures of the region! Guest access The cottage is located less than 15 minutes from the A43 highway exit, 18 minutes from Lake Paladru, 35 minutes from Lake Aiguebelette, 45 minutes from Lake Bourget, 1 hour 10 minutes from Lake Annecy, 30 minutes from Walibi, 1 hour from Chartreuse, 50 minutes from Chambéry and Lyon, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Cirque de Saint-Même waterfalls, 1 hour 40 minutes from Geneva, 2 hours from Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and 2 hours from Courchevel. Other things to note 🕒 Flexible check-in and check-out: times can be adjusted depending on previous and subsequent bookings, to be agreed in advance with the owner. 👶 Free baby equipment upon request: baby bed with real mattress and multifunctional highchair (bouncer and swing usable from birth, up to 25 kg depending on the function). 🚗 Transport service: Option to pick you up and drive you to your desired destination, by prior agreement with the owner. 7-seater vehicle available. 🧺 Washer and dryer: available at the owner's home, for an additional fee. ☕ Hot drinks on request: espresso, double espresso, cappuccino, long coffee, hot chocolate, etc., prepared with a professional machine at the owner's home. 🥐 Breakfast: Available by reservation, for an additional charge. 🛏️ Separate bedrooms: For any booking for 2 people wishing to have 2 separate bedrooms, a supplement will apply.
