Charming cottage located in the heart of the Champagne countryside. Come and recharge your batteries with family, friends or colleagues in this beautiful farmhouse. You will find all the comforts for your stay. Located 45 minutes from Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient and Nigloland, 30 minutes from the vineyards and 15 minutes from Chaource, you can easily discover Champagne. The space The L'Authentique cottage consists of a large living area including the kitchen, dining room and living room. Perfect for convivial moments. You'll also have the option to relax in the adjacent room around a pool table. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and American-style fridge. You will also find all the kitchenware you need (kettle, raclette machine, toaster...) For sleeping, the house has 4 large bedrooms equipped as follows: - 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) - 1 bedroom with 4 90 x 190 cm beds You have an extra bed in the living room with a sofa bed measuring 140 x 190. We also provide two pack-and-play cribs. The beds are made for your arrival, and all the necessary bathroom linens are at your disposal. The house has 2 shower rooms/toilets. To fully enjoy your evenings, you have a large terrace with garden furniture and a BBQ. You can also take shelter in our beautiful vaulted cellar. Guest access You have access to the whole place. For late arrivals, a key box is provided.
