Charming Artist Apartment in a Historic Old Building

Spacious, light-filled apartment (approx. 80 sqm) on the 2nd floor of the attic in a historic old building in Mölln. Lovingly designed retro artist's apartment overlooking the city lake, Nikolaikirche and the historic town hall. Quiet and idyllically located, close to lakes, forests and the historic old town. The space The heart of the approximately 80-square-meter apartment is the large living room facing south, with large windows that let in a lot of light. The dining room adjoins the open area, and the French balcony offers a view of the beautifully landscaped garden. In winter, you can look out over the city lake and enjoy the reflection of the lights of the old town. The west-facing bedroom is also in a quiet location and allows you to get a good night's sleep in a spacious bed with new mattresses and high-quality bedding. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need. For cooking, there are 4 induction hobs, a mini oven and a microwave. A dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer compartment are also available for use. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with the option of a shower. A washing machine is also available. This apartment is not a sterile vacation rental, but a project close to my heart that I also live in myself. Many furnishings are old and have been lovingly refurbished by me (e.g., the kitchen).
