The villa is close to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sierra de Tramuntana and offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Spectacular beaches, such as Platja de Cala Barques, are only 8 minutes (5.5 km) away by car, while Alcudia Beach is 20 minutes (13 km) away. Horse riding is available at a nearby ranch for an extra fee. You can also explore caves just a few minutes' drive away.
