With multiple living spaces, a bright four-season room, a spacious outdoor setup, and a large fenced backyard, there's room for everyone to find their favorite spot. We are per friendly! Spend the day exploring Avon Lake and the Lake Erie shoreline, then come home, fire up the grill, and enjoy dinner together outside. ✶ THE HOME ✶ Freshly updated, comfortable, and designed for gathering. Step inside to an inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating—a natural place to catch up and plan the day's adventures. Just beyond is the dining area with seating for four, along with a newly remodeled kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. A breakfast bar provides seating for four more, making it easy for everyone to gather around the kitchen. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main floor, and central A/C keeps the home comfortable during warmer months. ✶ ROOM TO SPREAD OUT ✶ One of the best parts of this home is having multiple spaces to relax. In addition to the main living room, you'll have a separate TV room that's perfect for movie nights or giving everyone a little extra room to spread out. Continue into the four-season room overlooking the backyard—a peaceful spot for morning coffee, conversation, or simply enjoying some quiet time. ✶ THE BEDROOMS ✶ The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three sleeping spaces. Upstairs you'll find two private bedrooms: Primary bedroom with a king-size bed + TV Guest bedroom with a queen-size bed A full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower is conveniently located nearby. Downstairs, you'll find an additional sleeping space with a queen-size bed and large TV, along with another full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Please note: The downstairs sleeping area does not have a door separating it from the surrounding space, so guests who prefer additional privacy may want to choose one of the two upstairs bedrooms. ✶ THE OUTDOOR SETUP ✶ There's plenty of room to enjoy Ohio's warmer days outside. The large, fully fenced backyard features a patio with an outdoor dining table, umbrella, and seating for six. Fire up the gas grill for a backyard cookout, enjoy dinner outside, or simply sit back and relax while the kids enjoy the extra space. It's an easy setup for slow mornings, afternoon downtime, and relaxed evenings together. ✶ THE LOCATION ✶ Make yourself at home in Avon Lake, a relaxed Lake Erie community with convenient access to Cleveland's western suburbs. Whether you're visiting family, spending time along Lake Erie, exploring the surrounding area, or heading into Cleveland for the day, this home gives you a comfortable place to return to when the adventures are over. After dinner, spread out between the living room, TV room, and four-season room before settling in for the night. It's spacious without feeling oversized, updated without losing its warmth, and designed to make it easy to spend time together. Guest access A unique door code will be provided 48 hrs prior to arrival for easy self check-in. You'll have private access to the entire home and fully fenced backyard throughout your stay. The driveway, located to the left of the house, provides parking for up to 5 vehicles. Additional free street parking is also available. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note - Two private bedrooms are located upstairs. - The third sleeping space is located in the basement and does not have a door. - A washer and dryer are located in the basement and available for guest use. - Guests are free to use the Vineyard Park at the end of the street!
