The space Welcome to Lacombe Guest Suites, a newly renovated, fully self-contained two-bedroom apartment designed to provide all the comforts and convenience of home. The suite is completely move-in ready, with two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen and dining area, comfortable living room with 65" Smart TV, full bathroom and private laundry facilities. Virtually everything in the suite is new—from the kitchen appliances and cookware to the furniture, mattresses, bedding, linens and household accessories. We've equipped the apartment so whether you're staying for a weekend, visiting family or spending a couple of weeks in Central Alberta, you can unpack, settle in and feel at home. Privacy is one of Lacombe Guest Suites' greatest advantages. You have your own separate keypad entrance, dedicated private off-street parking and a fully fenced private yard, allowing you to come and go independently throughout your stay. We're conveniently situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood with easy access to Highways 2A and 12, making Lacombe Guest Suites a practical home base for exploring Lacombe, Red Deer and Central Alberta. Tim Hortons, Wendy's, a 24-hour fitness facility, grocery shopping and several family restaurants are all just minutes away. With fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, private in-apartment washer and dryer, generous living space and two proper queen bedrooms, Lacombe Guest Suites is particularly well suited to couples, families, business travellers and guests looking for more space and independence than a traditional hotel room can provide. With more than 800 square feet of fully furnished and equipped private living space at your disposal, the suite offers an appealing combination of comfort, convenience, privacy and value. Guest access Our guests have private use of the entire Lacombe Guest Suites apartment throughout their stay, including both bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, living room, and in-suite laundry facilities. The apartment has its own separate exterior entrance with a Schlage electronic keypad deadbolt, allowing convenient self check-in and independent access throughout your stay. Your personal access code and check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Guests also have dedicated private off-street parking and exclusive use of the fully fenced guest yard. The guest entrance, parking area and yard are separate from the owners' private living areas. Mary and I live in the separate upper residence, so we're nearby should you need assistance, while respecting your privacy and independence throughout your stay. Other things to note Lacombe Guest Suites is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and we appreciate our guests helping us maintain that peaceful environment. The suite is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping, and parties or events are not permitted. We also ask guests to observe our quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The apartment accommodates a maximum of four registered guests and, because we want to maintain an exceptionally clean and comfortable environment for everyone, we do not accommodate pets. Our home consists of two completely separate residences. Lacombe Guest Suites occupies the lower level, while Mary and I live in the separate upper residence. Access to the apartment is via your own private entrance. The fenced-in yard attached to the apartment, and the dedicated parking space on the West side of the property are private and for your use only. An exterior security camera co-located with a motion activated floodlight illuminates and monitors the walkway leading to the apartment for insurance and safety purposes. However, there are no cameras monitoring the private entrance itself, the fenced-in yard, or located anywhere inside the guest suite.
