We have a 3 bedroom house with a specious garden & 2 toilets (1 up with shower and 1 downstairs). The nearest bus stop is newlands wood (right outside behind our house) for 433 (goes to east croydon). Co-op, Aldi, and Sainsbury are our local shopping places. Parking space is available. Our double bedroom is spacious with fitted long wardrobes which provides ample storage space. It is ideal for Students and professionals. (Water, electricity,gas, council tax bills are included).
