Refurbished 1930 semi-detached house of 120 m2 in Denain, on 3 floors. 5 bedrooms: 3 double beds, 2 single beds + 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom on the ground floor, 2 toilets. Sheets and towels provided +++ Free street parking, immediate access to the highway. Shops nearby. By car: Valenciennes 15 min, Belgian border 20 min, Douai 30 min, Cambrai 35 min, Lille 45 min. Double-paned windows + electric shutters, heat pump, thermodynamic water heater. The space Fully renovated house, 120 m2 with fenced garden. Guest access The entire house and garden except for the cellar and the outbuilding, which are private rooms and storage areas for us. Other things to note - Sheets are provided! As well as coffee and tea. - Free and easy parking on the adjacent streets. Parking is free throughout the city of Denain. - Check-in from 4:00 p.m. and check-out before 10:00 a.m. due to our housekeeper's schedule. - No additional people beyond those on the reservation. If that is the case, a price adjustment will be required according to our rates. - No animals. If an animal is present when we do not accept them, an additional charge of €5 per night will be required. - TRASH / WASTE 🗑️ Household garbage: every Tuesday ♻️ Recycling + glass: every other Tuesday (odd weeks) Please take out the trash on Monday evenings and bring the bins back in after collection. - Quiet street - A connected camera is located on the facade (entrance to the house). There are no cameras in the accommodation!!! - There is no air conditioning in the accommodations, but there are fans and electric shutters. Entire house is insulated, with double-glazed windows that tilt and turn. - No dishwasher - The garden currently faces the neighboring house at the back; blocking plants are planned for the near future. - No parties, no noise disturbances. - No prostitution, or else we'll call the police. - No smoking in the house! If smoking occurs in the accommodation, an additional cleaning fee may be requested. - We do not provide soap or shower gel. - The house is spread over 3 floors and has two original staircases. Their old-world charm means they have relatively small and narrow steps, so we recommend that you be careful when using them, especially for children and people with limited mobility.
