The space Designed for slow, relaxed days, the home has two spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a generous living room with a TV and comfortable seating and a dedicated dining area. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the second has a queen and a single bed. The living room has another couch can also be converted into a bed, comfortably accommodating a sixth guest. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy a lazy breakfast or a home-cooked meal without having to leave the comfort of the house. Step outside and you'll find a lovely open courtyard and covered sit-out surrounded by greenery. Enjoy your morning coffee, curl up with a book, or simply sit back and listen to nature. With the forest bordering one side of the property, there's a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity. There is covered parking for one car and ample open parking available just outside the gate. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and all its spaces, including the bedrooms, attached bathrooms, spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and the outdoor courtyard and covered sit-out. The property is completely private for your stay, giving you the freedom to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings at your own pace. Other things to note As the home is nestled amongst nature, you may occasionally come across a few insects or friendly little garden visitors—this is simply part of being surrounded by greenery. There’s no need to worry; our caretakers are always around and happy to assist if needed. The back of the house borders a forested area. The house and property are safe and secure, so you can simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. And if you’re lucky, you may even have some friendly monkeys swinging by for a visit! 🐒 🛎️ Check-In & Guest Policy • ✅ Check-in is only allowed after valid ID copies of all guests (kids Included) are submitted (as per local regulations). • 🚫 Visitors are strictly not allowed inside the apartment or complex. • ⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability: • Before 11:00 AM – Half-day charges apply • Before 7:00 AM – Full-day charges apply 🛎️ Late Check-Out • Post 12:00 – half-day charges (Subject to availability) 🚷 Visitors & Guest Policy • 🚫 Strictly no visitors allowed at any time.
